SharePortals can store email correspondence and email attachments related to any record type, e.g. People, Accounts, Opportunities, Sales etc.
- To send an email regarding a record and have it automatically stored in SharePoint, click the green Compose button:
- Enter a title for the email and the body text in the form that is displayed:
- Click the green Send button.
- The email is sent from the email address of your currently logged-in Microsoft account to the email address entered when creating the email, and the details automatically added to SharePortals:
