You can easily add related items to records in SharePortals.
For example, here is how to associate a new account with a person:
- Click Contacts, then People in the SharePortals top menu.
- Click on the name of one of the people in your list to show their details.
- Under Related Items, there are buttons to add a related account to this person, or a related opportunity. In both cases, we can either create a new related record, or simply associate an existing one:
- In this example, we will create a new account for this person. Click Add from new Accounts, which will take you to an account creation form.
- Fill out the details of the new account, then click the green Save button.
- Click the black triangle pointing downwards at the right hand side of the Accounts Related Item list, and the new account is displayed, as it is now associated with this person:
