You can record information about phone calls made regarding any record in SharePortals. For example, you could log the details of a phone call made regarding a sales opportunity through the following steps.

  • Click Sales then Opportunities in the SharePortals top menu.
  • Click on the Opportunity Title link for the opportunity you want to log the call against:
  • This will open its overview. Click Calls in the menu on the right-hand pane, then click the green Add Call button:
  • Enter information about the call (e.g. the phone number that was called, the call duration, caller information etc.) into the fields of the form, then click Save.
  • The new call has been added to the Calls for this sales opportunity record:
