5.18. Kanban View

By default, SharePortals will display current opportunities in a table view. However, you may wish to view your opportunities as a Kanban board, which allows you to see the total value of your organisation’s current opportunities, broken down into opportunity stages.

*After installation, SharePortals provides opportunity stages named Qualified, Scoping, and Proposed. However, as with most aspects of SharePortals, you can rename these stages if required to better suit your organisation’s processes.

• Opportunities displayed as the default list:
  

• Click on the Kanban view button at the top of the list:

Dragging and Dropping Opportunities

The Kanban view allows the user to drag and drop individual opportunities between the different opportunity stages to reflect their progress:

Once the opportunity has been dragged to the appropriate stage, the total value of all your organisation’s opportunities is updated for each stage, allowing an at-a-glance overview.
